Mountain Creek Grove Policies
Mountain Creek Grove resort and website is ONLY intended for use by those 21 and above. Accessing this website acknowledges your agreement that you are 21 or older and accep all policies and regulations.
Mountain Creek Grove Resort is a privately owned and managed resort and is not open to the general public. "Day passes" and "Annual passes" are available for purchase to access our facility. All guests and visitors are required to report to the office to check in immediately upon their arrival. Failure to do so may result in your ejection from the resort as well as being banned from future visits. No person may purchase a "pass" to access the facilities of The Grove unless he or she has signed and agreed to the rules, regulations and conditions of use, and has provided a current driver's license and or state-issued photo ID. The identity of every guest and visitor is kept confidential. The Grove will not release your personal information to any outside source (unless required by law).

The Grove is a clothing-optional resort. Therefore, partial or full nudity is commonplace. The Grove is also a lifestyle-friendly resort. This means couples and single ladies and gentlemen wishing to spice up there sex life will be attending. Sexual activity may be observed in and around the resort. If you find this type of activity offensive, Mountain Creek Grove may not be appropriate for you.
The Grove maintains a strict NO MEANS NO policy. If someone has told you no, or that he/she is not interested, and you still push the issue, you will be removed from the resort and banned from future visits.
ALL GUESTS, including residents, "day pass" holders, and "annual pass" holders, are required to "check out" in the office BEFORE 11a.m. on Sunday for that weekend's expenses. You MUST pay your bill for any and all dining tickets, boutique items or special event charges EVERY Sunday BEFORE 11 a.m. The only items that are allowed to be charged on a monthly basis are your lot rent and electric bill.
MCG is NOT responsible for accidents, theft or loss of property.
You are permitted to bring your own alcoholic beverages, and coolers are permitted everywhere in the resort. Heavy drinking is strongly discouraged. If you plan to drink, drink responsibly! Have a designated driver or make arrangements for a room or campsite. Do not drink and drive. Guests and visitors will be held accountable for their actions, especially while under the influence of alcohol. No glass of any type is permitted in the the pool or hot tub areas. This includes, but is not limited to mugs, soda, beer and wine bottles.
We ask that our guests and visitors exercise common sense and courtesy at all times. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
There is NO smoking inside of the common structures. This includes but is not limited to the clubhouse, Charter House, and offices.
The Grove maintains and enforces a ZERO Drug Tolerance Policy. Anyone caught violating this policy will be removed from grounds and barred from the resort.
Guests and visitors interested in photography or videotaping while at the Grove are required to contact the resort's management prior to arrival for approval. If you violate this policy, your film and/or all data will be confiscated and destroyed/deleted. Non-compliance will result in a permanent ban from the Grove. By entering upon Mountain Creek Grove property you are agreeing to this and all policies.
Guests are liable for any special clean-up and/or property damage.
You must use a towel for sitting upon at all times when naked.
You are required to shower with soap before entering the pool or the hot tub.
You may wear whatever clothing makes you comfortable, EXCEPT that you must be nude in order to get into the pool or the hot tub. Clothing of any type in the pool or the hot tub in not allowed. All of the rest of the resort is clothing-optional.
Campfires are not permitted except in approved fire rings.
NO fireworks, firearms, weapons or bad attitudes are allowed at the Grove.
Illegal substances, offensive intoxication, anti-social behavior and/or predatory behavior will not be tolerated.
Pets are allowed in the camping areas only and must be kept on a leash and away from all of the common areas. Please be a responsible owner and clean up after your pet. No pets are allowed in any of the rentals or clubhouse.
Loud and/or vulgar language that offends others in the common areas will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of those around you.
The solicitation of sex for money or other exchanges is strictly prohibited.
Guests agree that their purchase and use of annual or day passes at the Grove is for their own personal and private purposes, that they are not gaining access to solicit others for any illegal purpose, that they are not gaining access for the purpose of conducting any official or legal investigation, or for the purpose of reporting for any news agency. Authorized advertising or other media individuals may only access our facility for specific and express purposes as authorized by Mountain Creek Grove.
The Grove reserves the right to ban any guest or visitor with or without reason at the management's discretion. The Grove also reserves the right to deny and/or revoke annual or day passes without notice and/or refund. Management is committed to upholding its policies, including expulsion and prosecution for unacceptable behavior. We hope to make your stay at the Grove a pleasant one.
The Grove reserves the right to add or modify rules that exist at anytime without notice. Guests and visitors will be subject to the rules, regulations and conditions of MCG policies as modified or amended.
